Fair questions, straight answers
What counts as a tracked shipment?
One booking or container journey, origin to final delivery, however many legs it takes. A container that moves ocean → rail → road is one shipment, not three.
Do you cover my carriers?
We connect to 400+ ocean, rail, and road carriers and forwarders. Send us your carrier list before you trial and we’ll confirm coverage — if one is missing, assisted plans include onboarding it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your board goes read-only. Nothing is deleted for 30 days, so you can pick a plan without losing history. We never auto-charge — there’s no card on file to charge.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Annual plans refund unused full months.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Skiff and Clipper are self-serve. Flagship includes white-glove onboarding in the agreement — still no separate setup fee.
